This location is not a storefront. Wild Soul Boutique is done out of a residential home. All shopping is done online at wsboutiqueia.com or in person at a vendor or craft fair.

Why can't I select porch pick up anymore?
For the safety of myself and others, Wild Soul will no longer be offering porch pick up. There is free shipping over $100 or be sure to follow on social and/or sign up for email to be alerted for free shipping days!
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Discount codes do not work on bleached apparel ,tie dye, or clearance items. All clearance items are final sale.
I forgot to use my discount code?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. You will not be reimbursed if you forget to use a discount code. If you have issues redeeming a code please do not place your or order and email amber@wsboutiqueia.com
When should I expect my order?
All orders are shipped out within 3 - 7 business days. This does not include holidays (Oct-January), weekends or large drops/new releases - for those allow up to 14 business days. Please allow extra business for large drops. Please note: business days are Monday through Friday.
What is your exchange/refund policy?
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order you will be subject to a restocking fee (this covers all credit card processing fees. Please note, items on clearance (holiday specials/Black Friday), on social stories (IG/Facebook/TikTok stories), are final sale. You cannot exchange these items. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to Wild Soul Boutique.
