All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days (Monday thru Friday, excludes holidays and weekends). This does not include holidays (Oct-January) and new collections- please allow up to 14 business days. 

Orders are sent via USPS. If you wish to have shipping insurance, please leave in note section or email amber@wsboutiqueia.com prior to your order as there are additional fees the customer will be responsible for paying. 

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Wild Soul does not ship outside of the US. If you choose local pickup to skip around shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and/or a 15% restocking fee. 

Wild Soul Boutique is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. If you wish to have shipping insurance, please leave that in the comment section at checkout. If you choose not to buy shipping insurance, Wild Soul will not provide a refund.  If the order fails to deliver as you placed the wrong address during checkout you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Please be sure you have the correct shipping address.
