REFUND POLICY

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order after placing, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on total order amount.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact amber@wsboutiqueia.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for online store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once product(s) have been received, Wild Soul will issue a store credit in that amount (never expires). The initial shipping fee is not refunded. After you return once, the exchange will be final and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable.

Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Tags must be attached. This includes no odor. Wil Soul Boutique has the right to refuse your exchange if you fail at any of the above. Your package will be returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

Custom orders, clearance, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Instagram/Facebook stories, or mystery bags/items cannot be exchanged and are final sale. 

Wild Soul Boutique highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Wild Soul Boutique is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
